Let’s take a look at this logo
Looks a lot like this one, right?
And dare I say, the CitiField one is equally as boring and even less inspired…
To make matters worse, the Mets couldn’t put that corporate name on their sleeve patch, so they replaced it with this piece of dreck:
It has been called “The worst sleeve patch in MLB history.”
I love the Mets more than I love most things, but this logo is pretty lame. Citi Field better be as amazing as they say it is, to counteract.
