I like the older one because it shows more reliability maybe in that the font is thicker. I also like how it engulfs U.S. colors, red white and blue. I think the newer font feels less reliable; the kerning (?), space between the letters is too far apart.
I like the old Wegmans type better. (the one that has more blocky like lettering). I like it better because it feels more reliable and there is also a specific look to the “a” that makes it look like there’s a leaf in it, so it looks like a “natural” grocery store like Whole Foods.
